Looks like tetramorium caespitum queens to me. I have had a few of these queens before. If you plan to try and start a colony with them I'd suggest offering some honey because they are semi-claustral species. (To verify if it is Tetramorium or Messor look for the nodes between the thorax and the abdomen. One node would suggest Tetramorium, 2 nodes is Messor) A side view picture may help in identification of the ants.
